Try to reduce stress because when we are stressed and worried our face tends to move into positions that deepen our lines and wrinkles. The best way to overcome stress is to sort out the problem that is causing it, get to the heart of the issue, and find ways to work things out. A great instant stress buster is to listen to birds singing, take yourself outside for a walk, or if you can simple open the window and have a listen! Music or exercise can also really help to take you to a better place. But stress is a fact of life so to help stop lines and wrinkles deepening its good to move your face in different positions.
